Once you're happy with the direction, you’ll choose your preferred package or request a custom setup. A 50% deposit secures your booking. From here, the magic officially begins.
Behind the scenes, we begin curating your proposal setup—selecting décor, florals, props, and layout details to bring your chosen aesthetic to life. We’ll stay in touch throughout with inspiration photos, mood boards (if needed), and updates.
When you arrive on the island, everything will already be in motion. We’ll confirm final details with you (if needed), go over the timing, and ensure you're confident and relaxed. You won’t need to lift a finger—just focus on the moment.
On the day, our team sets up the full experience in your chosen location. We arrive early to ensure everything is flawless and discreetly coordinate any timing or surprise elements. You arrive, propose, and create a moment neither of you will ever forget.
After your proposal, our team handles the full pack-down—leaving you free to soak up the celebration. We’ll also check in with you to make sure everything exceeded your expectations.
